Quality Assurance Manager (QSCV – Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value)

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive quality excellence across all restaurant operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all branches consistently meet the highest standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSCV), while maintaining full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee end-to-end quality assurance initiatives, including the development and implementation of audit systems, management of the QSCV audit team, and continuous improvement of operational standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in food safety, and the ability to drive compliance and performance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the Quality Assurance Auditors (QSCV Team)
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance audit programs and quality control systems
  • Conduct and oversee regular audits to ensure compliance with company and operational standards
  • Inspect and validate quality, service, cleanliness, and overall store performance across all branches
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze audit findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to auditors and restaurant personnel
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related discipline
  • Certified in food safety and quality systems (HACCP, ServSafe, GMP, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing audit programs and quality systems
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices within the food and restaurant industry
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality standards
  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively across multiple locations
Work location: E. Service Rd., Taguig City/Merville, Parañaque

Note: Compensation package will depend on proven work experience and qualification.
