Executive Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and organize documents for review, signature, or approval
- Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other related administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software; familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
