Call Center Agent

We're looking for a Call Center Agent who can deliver elegance and excellence through every call. As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact between our premium clients and our brand. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide product information, handle inquiries, and persuasively introduce our offerings to both potential and loyal customers.

What You'll Do:

• Answer customer calls for product info, order help and after sales support
• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote or check in on customer satisfaction
• Be professional and personal with every client
• Upsell and cross sell skincare products based on client needs and wants
• Respond and resolve issues, including angry or frustrated clients with professionalism and compassion
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and orders
• Book appointments or skincare consultations for clients
• Coordinate with store staff and ensure scheduling and follow ups are correct
• Close sales and build clients loyalty through confident and engaging conversations

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate
• Minimum 6 months of Call Center or BPO experience
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Confident handling difficult or irate calls in a calm, effective way
• Proven ability to upsell, build rapport, and retain clients
