- Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Pacific Time
- Mon - Fri, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Pacific Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the academic development and implementation of our ESL curriculum.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of dedicated ESL instructors.
- Collaborate with school administration to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular evaluations of teachers and classroom activities to maintain high teaching standards.
- Develop and deliver professional development programs for faculty members to enhance their teaching skills.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum planning and decision-making processes.
- Engage with students and address their academic needs and concerns when required.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the TESOL field to bring fresh perspectives to the organization.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in TESOL, Linguistics, or a closely related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in teaching ESL and managing academic programs.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire a team of instructors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technologically proficient with the ability to work remotely and utilize online teaching tools effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and understanding to effectively engage with a diverse student body.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
