We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join our lending team.

Key qualifications:

• Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to network and influence
• Basic knowledge in Financial Literacy
• Experience with Social Media Marketing
• MS Office Suite Proficiency

Primary responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, reach out and make follow ups to potential clients and interested parties across social media, phone calls and walk-ins.
• Maintain and update records of all leads and client interactions.
• Creating and maintaining long-lasting, positive relationship with key partners.
• Conduct market research.
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Represent the firm at networking events and trade shows.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth & transparent loan application process of clients and deal negotiations with partners.
