Marketing Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages delivery of requests to marketing by coordinating with warehouse, logistics and sales team. Constant communication with requestors and support activities when needed.
• Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the production of new materials in advance.
• Maintains databases of requests and inventory. Collect reports from sales team and prepares monthly report for marketing monitoring of implemented support to sales and other department.

• Assist in the coordination of event and facilitating marketing collaterals to be available before the event. Marketing collaterals includes brochures, banners and feed samples.
• Prepare feed samples (repack) when needed.

• Responsible of answering inquiry using prepared answers for FAQ's.
• Data gathering of social media inquiries and coordinating with the right department.
• Supports in editing and graphic designing.

• Proactive coordination of needed marketing collaterals with marketing production staff.
• Support the Marketing Production when needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or IT. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• Team player
• Skills on graphic designing & editing, social media management, AI and ecommerce is an advantage

Note:

• No revolving fund. Budget is requested upon event.
• Eligible for overtime however travel time will not be counted as overtime. Only events or activities with hours extending after normal office hours shall be eligible.
