Your Role:
As a Purchasing Officer (Intermediate), you will:
- Generate and dispatch accurate purchase orders to automotive supply partners across Australia
- Follow up with suppliers for order acceptance and ensure all information is properly captured
- Track weekly delivery confirmation reports and ensure all date changes are updated in Miles and communicated to customers and sales teams
- Collect completed paperwork upon vehicle delivery, including driver’s delivery confirmation
- Match invoices to Miles data and raise incidents for discrepancies exceeding $100
- Follow up on internal incidents to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Process invoices and related documentation within agreed timeframes
- Manage email-based requests such as registration forms and third-party fit-out paperwork
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers on invoices, delivery issues, payment requests, and vehicle transport
- Action automated task reports on a daily basis
What You Need:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Planning and coordination skills to meet timeframes
- Team player willing to assist where needed
- Ability to manage high volumes of work under deadlines
- Capability to resolve issues during high workloads or changes
- Experience in fleet management
- At least 1 year in administration and/or customer service roles
- Background in working with automotive dealerships
- Experience in document processing or using workload management tools
- Qualifications related to analytics (preferred but not required)
