• Source and purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies in line with production schedules and quality standards.
• Evaluate and negotiate with local and Mandarin-speaking international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable supply.
• Act as the primary contact for Mandarin-speaking vendors and partners, handling inquiries, clarifying specifications, and resolving supply issues.
• Process purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure timely receipt and accurate stock levels.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and lead times.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure supplier compliance with food safety, regulatory, and product quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and pricing agreements.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in Mandarin Language.
• With or without experience in purchasing and procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or purchasing software; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of food industry sourcing standards and supplier audit processes is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
