Branch Manager (Salon&Aesthetics)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Salon & Aesthetic Clinic Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the branch team, and deliver excellent client experience. This role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring service quality, managing staff, and handling client appointments via phone and social media.

• Manage daily salon and aesthetic clinic operations
• Drive branch sales, revenue targets, and KPIs
• Lead, coach, and supervise stylists, aestheticians, nurses, and support staff
• Ensure excellent client service, consultations, and complaint resolution
• Manage client appointments and inquiries through phone, social media, and online booking platforms
• Oversee staff scheduling, inventory, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, and local health and safety standards
• Implement promotions, packages, and upselling initiatives
• Prepare basic sales and operational reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years experience as a Branch Manager or Supervisor in a salon, spa, aesthetic clinic, or service retail
• Strong leadership, sales, and people management skills
• Knowledge of salon and aesthetic treatments and industry practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
