About the role

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of one of our key branch locations in Manila City Metro Manila.In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success and growth of our business within the local market.
What you'll be doing- Effectively managing and leading a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Overseeing all aspects of branch management, including budgeting, inventory control, and team scheduling
- Identifying and implementing strategies to improve branch performance and profitability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Monitoring and reporting on branch KPIs to senior management
- Participating in the development and execution of the company's strategic growth plans
- Significant experience (2+ years) in a branch or operational management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and profitability improvements
- Proficient in budget management and financial reporting
- Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as Business Management or Operations Management
