Operations Manager

About the role

Hankook Industrial Sales Company, a leading distributor of industrial equipment, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our daily operations. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our operations, from operational planning to inventory control and continuous process improvement.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and optimise workflow
• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations
• Manage and coordinate the work of production teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team to support their professional development

• Proven track record of at least 2+ years in a similar operations management role, preferably in the operations.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Operations Management or a related field
