Team Leadership & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple content production teams
- Manage and coach team leads to improve performance, quality, and accountability
- Set clear KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards across all functions
- Ensure proper workload distribution, staffing, and coverage
- Design, document, and implement SOPs and workflows
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies-drive continuous improvements
- Build scalable systems that enable teams to maintain quality as they grow
- Use data to monitor performance and guide operational decisions
- Build and scale teams from scratch as new initiatives are launched
- Design roles, hiring funnels, onboarding processes, and team structure
- Ensure consistent onboarding experience and operational standards across teams
- Plan capacity and hiring in alignment with business growth
- Act as a bridge between operations and other functions (product, support, etc.)
- Align priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Communicate operational insights and performance trends to stakeholders
- Leverage tools and AI solutions to automate repetitive workflows
- Implement systems that improve productivity without increasing headcount
- Continuously explore new technologies to enhance team efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure processes are followed
- Monitor team health, engagement, and performance
- Ensure consistent output quality across all production streams
- 5-10 years of experience in operations, production, or content-focused environments
- Proven experience building and scaling teams from scratch
- Strong background managing remote or offshore teams
- Hands-on experience designing workflows, SOPs, and operational systems
- Highly data-driven with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Track record of driving efficiency improvements through process optimization
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g., agency, BPO, marketplaces, content platforms)
- Strong communication skills-clear, structured, and action-oriented
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
