Team Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple content production teams
  • Manage and coach team leads to improve performance, quality, and accountability
  • Set clear KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards across all functions
  • Ensure proper workload distribution, staffing, and coverage
Process & Workflow Optimization
  • Design, document, and implement SOPs and workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies-drive continuous improvements
  • Build scalable systems that enable teams to maintain quality as they grow
  • Use data to monitor performance and guide operational decisions
Team Building & Scaling
  • Build and scale teams from scratch as new initiatives are launched
  • Design roles, hiring funnels, onboarding processes, and team structure
  • Ensure consistent onboarding experience and operational standards across teams
  • Plan capacity and hiring in alignment with business growth
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a bridge between operations and other functions (product, support, etc.)
  • Align priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
  • Communicate operational insights and performance trends to stakeholders
Automation & Operational Efficiency
  • Leverage tools and AI solutions to automate repetitive workflows
  • Implement systems that improve productivity without increasing headcount
  • Continuously explore new technologies to enhance team efficiency
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure processes are followed
  • Monitor team health, engagement, and performance
  • Ensure consistent output quality across all production streams

  • 5-10 years of experience in operations, production, or content-focused environments
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams from scratch
  • Strong background managing remote or offshore teams
  • Hands-on experience designing workflows, SOPs, and operational systems
  • Highly data-driven with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
  • Track record of driving efficiency improvements through process optimization
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g., agency, BPO, marketplaces, content platforms)
  • Strong communication skills-clear, structured, and action-oriented
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
