Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Summary
TritonTek, part of LTC Global's family of technology companies, seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and brand awareness across our diverse portfolio of businesses. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be the marketing engine behind multiple divisions serving US businesses, with a primary focus on capturing qualified leads and building a strong digital presence for each service offering.
This individual contributor role requires proven experience in digital marketing to US audiences and B2B lead generation. You'll collaborate directly with our executive leadership team to execute data-driven, multi-channel digital campaigns that deliver measurable results aligned with each division's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms targeting US businesses
- Monitor and analyze web analytics, campaign ROI, and lead quality metrics to optimize performance and budget allocation
- Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning to improve organic search rankings
- Manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and email campaigns to generate and nurture qualified leads
- Create and maintain social media presence across platforms with consistent brand messaging and regular content publication
- Develop marketing collateral including digital assets, presentations, and supporting brand materials for each business
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI to executive leadership monthly
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
This position will have access to a talented team of graphic, web and media artists to support content creation and execution as needed for the above duties.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in US market campaigns
- Expert-level written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong experience with HubSpot marketing automation platform
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking setup
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Deep understanding of US business culture and B2B buying processes
- Experience marketing B2B services to C-level executives and business decision-makers
- Proficiency in social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
