Hubspot Email Marketing Specialist

Are you a creative and data-driven email marketing expert? We are looking for a HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive growth through impactful campaigns for our clients. If you thrive in crafting engaging content, optimizing campaign performance, and using HubSpot to its full potential, this role is perfect for you!

• Design, build, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Optimize email and SMS campaigns to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Maintain and update agency documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor email deliverability and engagement metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to campaigns.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Hubspot
• Have a proven track record in email marketing and CRM platforms.
• Possess strong reporting and data visualization skills.
• Are creative and skilled in crafting compelling email content.
• Have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a data-driven environment.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.
• Excel at communication and have a strategic mindset.
• Have relevant certifications in email marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Include the word “Hubspot Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.
• Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).
• Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
