About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Optimized Customer Solutions Inc'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations, ensuring seamless support for our sales team and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.As a key member of our organisation, you will be based in San Fernando Pampanga.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing strategic sales operations processes and systems to support the sales team's activities
- Analysing sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations and enhance the customer experience
- Providing training and support to the sales team on sales tools and processes
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, forecasting and pipeline management
- Identifying and implementing best practices to drive sales productivity and efficiency
- Contributing to the development and execution of the sales strategy
- Significant experience (8+ years) in a sales operations or sales management role, preferably within a sales-driven organisation
- Proven track record of driving sales efficiency, productivity and performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Proficient in using sales-related technology and data analysis tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A strategic mindset and the ability to contribute to the overall sales strategy
