Qualifications:
- Active USRN License
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License
- Minimum 3 years Acute Hospital Experience in ER and/or OR (Strong Hospital Experience Required)
- At least 2 years Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO setting
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule
