Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Up to ₱90,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently hiring for 4 USRN Team Lead openings for our Healthcare BPO operations in Ortigas.

Opening 1 (2 Headcounts)

Qualifications:

Active USRN License (NY Preferred)
Active PHRN License
At least 3 years of Acute Hospital Experience (ER or OR preferred)
Strong clinical and hospital background
At least 1 year of Healthcare BPO Experience
At least 2 years of Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or Healthcare BPO Team Lead Experience
Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas
Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Opening 2 (1 Headcount)

Qualifications:

Active USRN License (NY Preferred)
Active PHRN License
At least 3 years of Acute Hospital Experience (ER or OR preferred)
Strong clinical and hospital background
At least 1 year of Utilization Review Experience
Experience using InterQual or MCG tools
At least 2 years of Healthcare BPO Team Lead Experience
Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas
Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Active USRN License (NY Preferred)
Active PHRN License
