Destination Services Consultant Team Leader

Team Leadership and People Management
  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of Destination Services Consultants to ahieve service delivery goals and performance standards
  • Assign workloads, monitor team productivity, and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Conduct regular team meetings and support employee engagement initiatives
Destination Services Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end destination and relocation services including orientation, settling-in support, housing coordination, local area familiarization, and employee transition activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of destination service requests and assignments
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex employee or client concerns
  • Monitor service timelince and maintain service quality standards
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the escalation point and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct regular communication and provide updates regarding services status and operational matters
  • Support client retentions and contribute to service enhancement initiatives
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery processes
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
  • At least 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in destination services, relocation, mobility, employee services, customer service, or operations
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing service delivery and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience handling escalations and delivering client-focused solutions
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong decision-making skills
  • Experience in global mobility, expatriate services, relocation managment or destination consulting is an advantage
