Team Leadership and People Management
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of Destination Services Consultants to ahieve service delivery goals and performance standards
- Assign workloads, monitor team productivity, and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Conduct regular team meetings and support employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end destination and relocation services including orientation, settling-in support, housing coordination, local area familiarization, and employee transition activities
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of destination service requests and assignments
- Manage escalations and resolve complex employee or client concerns
- Monitor service timelince and maintain service quality standards
- Serve as the escalation point and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular communication and provide updates regarding services status and operational matters
- Support client retentions and contribute to service enhancement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery processes
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- At least 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in destination services, relocation, mobility, employee services, customer service, or operations
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Proven experience managing service delivery and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Experience handling escalations and delivering client-focused solutions
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Customer-focused mindset with strong decision-making skills
- Experience in global mobility, expatriate services, relocation managment or destination consulting is an advantage
