Business Operations Coordinator (Onsite, Makati City)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Operations Coordinator to join our Clients’ business operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible to coordinate workflows, systems, and projects to improve business operations and efficiency.
Work Set Up:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: Makati
- Client Industry: Business Operations Consulting
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document business workflows, SOPs, process maps, and operational guides.
- Coordinate and maintain business systems such as Monday.com, HubSpot, and ClickUp.
- Ensure accurate data flow across systems and identify process improvements.
- Support project setup, task tracking, and workflow coordination.
- Prepare professional client documentation and maintain system accuracy.
- Assist with AI tools, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Work closely with the Founder to support business operations and client projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or systems-related roles.
- Experience with Monday.com and/or HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Strong process mapping, documentation, and workflow management skills.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with business systems, structured data, and technology.
- Interest in AI, automation, and continuous process improvement.
