Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance to partner schools using our School Management System.
- Conduct online and onsite training sessions for school personnel.
- Assist clients with system setup, configuration, implementation, and onboarding.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot software-related concerns.
- Guide registrars, cashiers, administrators, teachers, and other school staff in effectively using the system.
- Document client concerns and coordinate with the development team when necessary.
- Build strong client relationships and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience working in a school, customer service, technical support, or related environment is highly preferred.
