About the role

Top Alliance is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate – Retail to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our retail customers, providing exceptional support and assistance across multiple communication channels.

You will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service whilst resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally. This position offers a competitive salary package plus a ₱7,000 allowance to recognise your commitment and contributions.

Key responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
  2. Provide accurate product and service information to retail customers to assist them in making informed decisions
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, following company protocols
  4. Process customer orders, returns and exchanges whilst ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
  5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within the designated systems
  6. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that align with their requirements
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved and their satisfaction is achieved
  8. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and facilitate swift resolutions
  9. Meet or exceed daily call handling targets, customer satisfaction metrics and other performance standards
  10. Participate in ongoing training sessions and quality assurance programmes to continuously improve service delivery
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
  2. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the retail sector
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and listen actively to customer concerns
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems, point-of-sale platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. Ability to remain calm and composed whilst handling difficult or frustrated customers
  7. Multitasking capability with the capacity to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  8. Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  9. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  10. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet performance targets and deadlines
  11. Fluency in English and Filipino; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
