Role Overview

You will ensure that all product listings, descriptions, and user-generated content comply with client guidelines by performing manual reviews, verifying product data, and making critical decisions to uphold platform standards.

• Compliance Review: Adhere strictly to compliance and offensive content guidelines. Perform manual reviews of assigned items to verify they meet established quality and safety standards.
• Content Moderation: Make informed decisions on whether to approve or block items from the website based on client policy.
• Removal Requests: Submit and manage removal requests for non-compliant items to ensure the platform remains secure and accurate.
• Data Validation: Review and validate product information, including photos, titles, and descriptions submitted via Google. Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance in both French and English.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in French and English (reading and writing) is mandatory.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to analyze information and identify inconsistencies or non-compliance.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to apply complex guidelines consistently to varied scenarios.
• Independence: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote, fast-paced environment.
