Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related courses
• At least with basic knowledge on Quality Assurance
• With experience in manufacturing or any related industry.
• Possesses strong adaptability, problem-solving, critical-thinking, leadership, time management skills and computer literate.
• Strong working knowledge of quality control tools and inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, hardness testers and surface measurement devices is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned at Brgy. Alang-Alang, Mandaue City, Cebu

• Conduct first article inspections and monitor production processes to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and production processes to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues related to materials, machine output, manpower, and production methods.
• Coordinate with production personnel to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare daily quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
