Production Operator

We are looking for Production Operators who will be responsible for performing assembly and inspection processes on the production line while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. The role plays a critical part in achieving production targets and maintaining product quality based on defined specifications.

• Perform assembly and inspection tasks following safety and quality standards
• Meet production targets for output, yield, and productivity
• Monitor material usage and properly handle waste or scrap
• Maintain cleanliness and basic equipment care in the work area (5S)
• Report any issues affecting production, quality, or safety
• Support continuous improvement and coordinate with team members

• High School graduate
• At least 1 year of experience as a Production Operator, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
• Experience in assembly and inspection processes

• Familiarity with production line operations and mechanical assembly
• Ability to use tools such as microscopes and perform soldering (if applicable)
• Knowledge of basic quality control tools and inspection methods
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability in assigned tasks
