- 2 years experience: $800 - $1,200/month
- 3 years experience: $1,000 - $1,500/month

About Your Unique Role:
Are you a natural conversationalist with a passion for connecting with people and uncovering their stories? Do you enjoy the idea of hosting engaging podcasts as much as you do having impactful, discovery-focused conversations?
This is a truly unique hybrid role where you'll be at the forefront of our client engagement. You'll primarily host insightful podcasts with career coaches, building trust and rapport. Following this, you'll transition to 1-on-1 discovery calls – these are not high-pressure sales calls, but deep conversations to understand their business and goals.Your ultimate aim will be to identify strong fits for our programs and book them for complimentary follow-up calls, or provide valuable resources to those not yet ready.
You'll receive comprehensive training in both podcast interviewing and our unique discovery call methodology, directly contributing to our rapid growth and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host Engaging Podcasts: Lead and facilitate compelling podcast interviews with career coaches, serving as a key part of our discovery and trust-building process.
- Conduct 1-on-1 Discovery Calls: Engage in personalized, in-depth conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations.
- Assess Client Suitability: Skillfully identify if a career coach is a strong fit for our programs based on their unique situation.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous daily updates in our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of all interactions and client progression.
- Provide Value-Added Support: Offer thoughtful recommendations and share valuable resources to all individuals, ensuring a positive experience regardless of immediate fit.
- Champion Brand Values: Consistently represent Purple Circle with professionalism, warmth, clarity, and genuine curiosity in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication: You love connecting with people and possess strong verbal communication skills, including impeccable English.
- Active Listening: A great listener adept at guiding conversations effectively and asking the right questions to uncover insights.
- Genuine Curiosity: Naturally curious and genuinely cares about understanding people's stories and needs.
- Video Call Comfort: Comfortable being on camera and amenable to sharing call snippets for quality or training purposes.
- Remote Work & Time Zone Alignment: Able to work remotely and ensure at least four hours of overlap with US morning hours.
- Organizational & Follow-Through Skills: Highly organized and consistently follows through on commitments.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in sales, coaching, and/or customer service (preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is acceptable).
- Familiarity with the coaching or personal development space.
