Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to UK business owners using carefully curated lead databases
  • Master the art of navigating gatekeepers to connect with key decision makers
  • Present compelling marketing audit offerings using proven scripts while maintaining authentic, conversational rapport
  • Qualify prospects effectively to identify genuine business opportunities and assess readiness to invest in marketing services
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to successful deal closure, or alternatively focus on appointment setting for senior team members
  • Utilize Go High Level CRM system to track all interactions, manage pipeline, and maintain detailed prospect records
  • Execute strategic follow-up sequences to nurture prospects and maximize conversion opportunities
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to master the marketing audit process and understand the full service portfolio
  • Achieve and exceed daily call volume targets and weekly conversion goalsProvide valuable market feedback on lead quality, prospect objections, and conversion optimization opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in cold calling environments
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, with Go High Level experience being highly advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills with natural ability to build instant rapport and trust with business owners
  • Resilience and persistence to handle high-volume calling (approximately 100 calls daily) while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural and engaging
  • Proven track record in lead qualification and identifying genuine business opportunities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Understanding of UK business landscape and cultural nuances preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with clear performance metrics
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to transition from part-time to full-time as business scales
