Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business and Product Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and leading product development initiatives. This role will oversee strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

Lead product development from concept to launch
Conduct market research and define product strategies
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams

Track performance metrics and optimize business and product outcomes

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3–5+ years experience in business development or product management
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Experience managing projects and cross-functional teams

Preferred: Experience in strategy, product lifecycle management, or startups
