We are looking for a dedicated and reliable International Student Advisor to join our team. The student advisor plays a critical role in creating a positive student experience—from recruitment and admission to academic counseling and student services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions & Enrollment Support
• Guide students through the Admissions and Enrollment process
• Manage student records using internal systems
• Student Services
• Fulfill document requests in line with procedures
• Support with general inquiries
• Student Recruitment
• Manage and generate leads
• Guide prospective students through each step of the enrollment journey
• Build long-term relationships for referrals and retention
• Admin, Compliance & Reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation across systems and logs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in sales/marketing and familiarity with international student services (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in student advising, admissions, or education services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Flexible; You're open to working graveyard or morning shift
• Work hours:

Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time)
