INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

• Degree Holder of Commerce, International Studies or any related courses
• Training in effective communication, marketing and promotions, event management

Competencies:

• Is Proactive, Responsive/Adaptable & Problem Solver; Analytical & Creative Thinker
• Demonstrate high level of openness and a Fast Learner
• With excellent Communication skills (Oral, Written and Listening)
• Proficient in Facilitating, Planning and Organizing events and activities
• Well-organized and with good Time Management Skills
• Highly motivated and a Team player

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. OUTBOUND TRADE RELATIONS

• Conducting market research (for existing Cebu products) and

• Facilitating networking activities to connect members with

• Representing member interests in international negotiations and policy-related discussions
• Participating in major international organizations like the

• Organizing meetings and business events (B2B and B2C) in target countries / markets
• Building and maintaining alliances and partnerships with other

1. INBOUND TRADE RELATIONS

• Conducting market research (for existing Cebu products) and exploring new markets
• Providing information and resources on international trade

• Providing advice and support to members on international

• Working with Government Agencies to address trade barriers and promote fair trade practices

1. INTERNATIONAL TRADE SERVICES

• Promoting cultural exchange and understanding with existing international markets to foster stronger business relationships
• Providing visa facilitation services and other logistical support for both outbound and inbound business trips
