Treasury Kyriba Admin Analyst

Serve as the Treasury business owner and functional administrator of the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • Manage and maintain treasury-related system configurations, including entities, liquidity structures, currencies, counterparties, and treasury master data.
  • Configure and oversee workflows, approval processes, authorization controls, and business rules to ensure compliance with treasury policies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Treasury, IT, and the Kyriba vendor, translating business requirements into system solutions.
  • Lead the treasury-functional implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and new Kyriba modules.
  • Provide first-line functional support to users by resolving workflow issues, approval exceptions, reporting concerns, and data discrepancies.
  • Design, maintain, and improve treasury reports and dashboards for cash visibility, liquidity management, FX exposure, bank fees, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate, standardize, and optimize treasury processes using Kyriba.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury operations, treasury technology, or treasury systems management, with Kyriba experience considered an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in Kyriba, such as Cash Management, Payments, or System Administration, are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working within a complex global treasury environment involving multiple entities and currencies.
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or JD Edwards, including experience with treasury system integrations and interfaces.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
