Position Summary

Key responsibilities include managing daily cash flow and automated forecasting, developing robust hedging strategies for soft commodities, currency, and interest rate exposures, and maintaining elite banking relationships. The role further encompasses corporate risk management, insurance renewals, and providing sophisticated financial analyses to steer capital allocation and financing options for a diverse group of food manufacturing companies.

• Strategic Financial Leadership: We are seeking a Treasury Head with 12+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within food manufacturing or agribusiness. You will serve as the chief architect of our commodity risk strategy, expertly navigating the volatility of soft commodities and global FX markets to safeguard the firm's gross margins against unpredictable price swings.
• Operational Resilience & Supply Chain Strategy: The successful candidate will demonstrate a mastery of seasonal liquidity management, skillfully overseeing the high-intensity working capital cycles unique to harvest-dependent production. You will champion Supply Chain Finance initiatives and ESG-linked funding structures, ensuring long-term financial stability and sustainability across our entire manufacturing footprint.

• Oversee daily cash positioning and forecast cash flows for budgeting.
• Establish a cash planning system and collaborate with finance on budgeting.
• Automate cash management procedures using treasury technology solutions.
• Identify FX exposures and develop hedging programs to mitigate risks.
• Manage interest rate exposure and execute hedging strategies.
• Develop and maintain Treasury policies ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage banking relationships for optimal service and pricing.
• Oversee corporate insurance renewals and property appraisals.
• Provide financial analysis on capital structure and funding options.
• Manage fund sourcing and deployment for efficient capital utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of [7-10] years of progressive experience in corporate treasury or financial risk management, with at least [3-5] years in a leadership role, preferably 7 years plus in food manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing hedging programs for FX and interest rate risk.

• Deep technical knowledge of cash management, financial instruments, and derivative products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to perform complex financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage a team and drive organizational change.
