Our team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering tailored financial solutions, building strategic partnerships, and driving business success for leading corporations, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.You will partner with our clients in achieving their financial goals by providing expert advice on wealth management and commercial lending matters, managing and expanding key portfolios to maximize profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Understand client profiles, motivations, and financial objectives to proactively provide wealth management and commercial lending solutions.
- Manage and optimize interactions with customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business performance.
- Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive financial solutions and establish a network of associations to advance business goals.
- Exemplify integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Promote mutual trust and respect within the team while communicating with clarity and purpose.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in relationship management focused on Corporate, Commercial, SME loans, or Wealth Management.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to develop innovative financial solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
