CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM) - VIVA FILMS & VMX

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for developing and executing customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies for Viva Films and VMX. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with audiences by delivering personalized, data-driven campaigns that promote film releases, exclusive content, and subscription growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, CleverTap, HubSpot, MoEngage, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer data and campaign metrics.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience in the entertainment, media, streaming, subscription, or digital platform industry is an advantage.
• Passion for films, digital entertainment, and consumer engagement is highly preferred.
