Job Responsibilities

• Direct Sales Execution: Execute effective sales activities to meet and exceed individual sales targets in the commercial kitchen and hospitality sectors.
• Technical Advocacy: Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our kitchen and bakery equipment portfolio to effectively communicate features, benefits, and ROI to clients.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including executive chefs, restaurateurs, and hotel procurement managers.
• Prospecting & Proposals: Identify high-potential prospects and create customized sales presentations and technical proposals tailored to their specific kitchen requirements.
• Market Insight: Analyze local market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales approaches for maximum profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the project and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience from the initial sale to equipment installation.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management regarding pipeline status and client feedback.

• Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the kitchen equipment, F&B supplies, or hospitality industry.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical equipment specifications and bakery/kitchen workflows.
• Software Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for sales data tracking and presentations.
• Attributes: A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for the culinary industry.
