Job Responsibilities
As a Sales/Product Specialist for Tableware, you will be the primary expert and advocate for our extensive dining portfolio, including ceramics, glassware, and cutlery. Your mission is to elevate the dining experience of our clients by providing specialized product knowledge and exceptional service.
- Portfolio Mastery: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our tableware brands—including melamine, ceramic, acrylic, glassware, and stainless steel utensils—to effectively communicate their aesthetic and functional benefits to clients.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector in Metro Manila.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with restaurateurs, executive chefs, and hotel procurement teams.
- Curated Presentations: Create and deliver customized product presentations and proposals tailored to the specific concept and "vibe" of our clients' dining spaces.
- Sample Coordination: Work closely with clients to gather feedback on submitted samples and coordinate with the product team for improvements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor dining trends and competitor offerings to ensure our tableware catalog remains the top choice for luxury and commercial projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Logistics and Technical teams to ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience for every client.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management (HRM), or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or product marketing, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or luxury retail industry.
- Product Passion: A keen eye for design and a genuine interest in tableware, dining aesthetics, and culinary presentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to present with confidence and professional flair.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
