Talent Acquisition Specialist - Muntinlupa

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing potential candidates, sending recruitment communications, screening resumes, and assessing candidate suitability through interviews and examinations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. The TA Specialist is also expected to recommend and implement process improvements that support the company’s growth and enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Main Functions:

  • Ensure timely placements for manpower requisitions
  • Conducts initial interview and does profile endorsement to Hiring Managers for Interview
  • Create and Assist on the Call Interviews of Hiring Managers
  • Develop, implement, and recommend operational policies in recruitment
  • Manage all recruitment requisitions and on-boarding of New Hires
  • Conduct workforce planning with hiring managers/HR Manager/HRAdmin Director to forecast future hiring needs
  • Track, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost of hire, fulfillment and retention ratios)
  • Implement new sourcing methods and participate in online and offline job fairs and career events
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
  • Perform other tasks within their scope of work, as assigned by the Immediate Superior

Minimal Qualifications:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
