In this remote role, you’ll take the lead in sourcing and hiring across diverse industries for our Australian clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to screening, interviewing, and closing offers for roles across admin, sales, marketing, and more.
  • Build strong pipelines: Maintain active and future candidate pools across multiple functions and industries.
  • Partner with clients: Understand job briefs and role requirements through close collaboration with internal and client-side hiring managers.
  • Own the process: Keep candidate data organised in Recruiterflow and ensure smooth handovers from offer to onboarding.
  • Optimize reach: Write, post, and manage job ads across multiple platforms, ensuring they are attractive and relevant.
  • Drive improvements: Contribute to process enhancements, recruitment strategy updates, and better candidate experiences.
  • Support beyond hiring: Pitch in with ad hoc support for other teams during low-recruitment periods.

What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in outsourcing or offshoring environments.
  • Can confidently manage multiple roles at once and adapt across industries.
  • Are experienced in recruiting for Australian clients or international markets.
  • Know your way around ATS platforms like Recruiterflow (or similar).
  • Communicate clearly, follow structured processes, and are highly organised.
  • Thrive under pressure and bring a proactive, self-directed mindset.

  • A background in IT or technical recruitment.
  • Experience in volume hiring or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with employer branding, sourcing strategies, or recruitment analytics.
