The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting and onboarding success throughout the organization and plays a critical role in insuring that we are hiring and assimilating the best possible talents and serves as the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
You will provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for all level hiring. In this role, you will help to implement
and execute the firm's people strategy by managing interviews, supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders, and other various aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process. You will be challenged in this role to juggle the administrative work associated with multiple clients and searches with changing priorities.The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and an innate sense of follow up and persistence in their daily tasks. Working with the Leadership team, the successful candidate will help closely track the progress of the searches and monitor the activities of all key parties.
Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):
- Effectively and proactively communicate with candidates, Talent Acquisition member and senior business leaders regarding their status and questions within the recruitment cycle.
- Track all interviews, offer processes, and event schedules.
- Act as first impression and WSP brand representative in greeting high-profile candidates, escorting them to interviews, meetings, pre-screening appointments, when needed.
- Interface with internal/external client and hiring managers to ensure smooth efficiencies through the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Work with the rest pf the TA teams and candidates to provide status updates.
- Maintain relationships and candidate management with external search firms.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team through ad hoc support & expectations, including but not limited to preparing client ready recruitment reports and presentations and recruiting event participation.
- Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment hiring
- Partnering with hiring managers (Local and Global) to determine resourcing requirements
- Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
- Assist the HR Manager in recruitment budget
- Attends the TA meeting/catch up regularly
- Maintain the TA database and reporting
Qualifications:
- With Bachelor degree in Psychology or any Human Resouces course
- With three (3) years experience as talent acquisition.
- Knowledgeable in handling end to end process of recruitment
- Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resources policies & practices is a plus.
- Team player with previous experience supporting multiple people in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and enunciation.
- Demonstrates superior customer service and problem-solving skills while displaying tact and courtesy.
- Team oriented with the ability to flex in support of timelines and deliverables
- Forward thinker with the ability to anticipate the needs of clients and candidates and identity and resolve issues quickly.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
