We are now pooling & training seasoned customer support representatives for our upcoming Australian launch.

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate is a master communicator, comfortable and proficient in providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels.

  1. Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for our customers by professionally handling inbound and outbound inquiries via phone calls, live chat sessions, and email tickets. You will be expected to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
  2. Issue Resolution & Product Expertise: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide comprehensive support, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide users to effective solutions.
  3. Accurate Case Management & Documentation: Meticulously document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Ensure that all case notes are clear, concise, and accurately reflect the customer's issue and the steps taken to resolve it, contributing to our knowledge base and team efficiency.
  4. Performance Metrics & Quality Assurance: Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Actively participate in coaching sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and align with our quality standards.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Home Office Requirements:

  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Must have a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace, a stable high-speed internet connection (e.g., minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload), and a modern computer or laptop capable of running our software.
  • Prior experience in a multi-channel support role is highly preferred.

Benefits

Our clients are dedicated to providing excellent remuneration packages that provide financial & time freedom, whilst empowering you with training & development
  • Base salary of 35,000-45,000php per month depending upon experience & skills
  • Possibility of Flexible schedule for email support clients
  • 13th month
  • 20 days combined annual leave & sick leave
  • 10,000php for any paid training of your choice
  • Days off: Australian public holidays
