Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our client with post-sales activities, customer service, training, installations, and administration tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Post-Sales Support
  • Set up new accounts and input orders into the system
  • Enter vehicle details and upload NZTA data
  • Configure customer accounts and assist in loading addresses, products, and other data
  • Create new user profiles and maintain open communication with stakeholders
  1. Customer Service
  • Respond to inquiries or redirect to the appropriate contact
  • Log and manage support tickets in Jira
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  • Deliver high-quality service by aligning product features with customer needs
  1. Training Support
  • Assist with remote training for software and hardware use
  • Develop and update training materials and guides
  1. Installation Coordination
  • Manage hardware installation schedules
  • Collaborate with customers and installers to ensure successful implementation
  • Keep customers informed of installation timelines
  1. Road User Charges (RUC) Assistance
  • Help clients with NZTA registration and setup
  • Load historical RUC data and monitor key accounts
  1. Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Ensure timely responses to queries and emails
  1. End-of-Day Tasks
  • Address mailbox queries and complete ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or sales support
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus, but not required
