From designing courses and customizing templates to collaborating with experts and refining content, you’ll play a key role in building effective, interactive training that drives learner success and business results.

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience developing eLearning or multimedia content
- Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate 360
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experience recording and editing voice-over content
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, including content setup and configuration (e.g., Litmos)
- Strong skills in curriculum development, visual design, and content customization
- Bonus: Experience with instructor-led training (ILT) or language training (not core to the role)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and learner engagement
What You'll Own and Execute
Course Design and Development- Design and develop multimedia learning content using the Litmos LMS
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and relevant material
- Create videos, quizzes, simulations, and interactive visuals for digital learning
- Adapt synchronous materials into self-paced eLearning formats to improve accessibility
- Customize platform templates to match brand identity and training requirements
- Apply creative input to enhance user interaction and retention
- Update and improve existing courses to maintain accuracy and relevance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Litmos or other learning systems
- Test learning assets for functionality, usability, and platform compatibility
- Incorporate feedback to optimize user experience and course effectiveness
- Work with instructional designers, graphic/multimedia designers, and project leads
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align deliverables with business goals
- Use platform tools (e.g., Litmos, Articulate 360) to build engaging and trackable content
- Recommend improvements based on new platform features and learning trends
