Your Role:

As aSenior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, embrace an Agile mindset, and contribute to our DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintainreliable, high-performancebackend applications.
• Write and maintainautomated teststo ensure code quality.
• Set up and manageCI/CD pipelinesfor seamless deployments.
• Work within anAgile and DevOpsenvironment, collaborating with diverse teams.
• Implementsecurity best practicesthroughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and participate intechnical interviews.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuouslyenhance your technical expertise.

What We Look For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java 8 or higher(Java 11+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Bootfor backend development.
• Hands-on experience withRESTful API development.
• Experience withcode versioning tools(preferably Git).
• Competence inTest Automation(JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving andeffective communicationskills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience withdatabase technologies(SQL, JPA, Hibernate, etc.).
• Knowledge ofMicroservices Architecture, Containerization, and Orchestration.
• Familiarity withCI/CD platforms(Azure DevOps preferred) and build tools (Maven).
• A strongAgile mindsetand experience working in Agile teams.
