OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all operational areas. This role focuses on supply chain management, inventory control, warehouse and fleet operations, and regulatory compliance, while driving performance against key operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of operational projects and initiatives.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Maintain optimal inventory days level in line with company KPIs, with strong focus on High Sales–High Margin SKUs.
- Ensure inventory accuracy across all records (physical count vs stock card vs system).
- Monitor stock movement, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.
- Warehouse & Repacking Operations
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant repacking processes.
- Oversee printing, labeling, and warehouse operations to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Fleet & Logistics Management
- Manage fleet operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery and distribution.
- Optimize routing, scheduling, and utilization of logistics resources.
- Compliance & Food Safety
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and standards.
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in all operational processes.
- Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Support budget planning and cost management initiatives.
- Leadership & People Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop operations personnel.
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Data & Reporting
- Analyze operational data to support decision-making and performance improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years as Operations Manager and/or with relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related Engineering course
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
- Financial and cost management skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
