Commissary Production Team Leader

Job Summary:

The Production Team Leader will manage staff, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and help meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and assignments to meet production goals.
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback and conducting regular evaluations.

• Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials.

• Report any safety incidents or non-compliance issues to the Production Manager.
