The Territory Sales & Marketing Head drives revenue growth, brand equity, and market expansion across Pueblo de Oro’s residential, township, and commercial portfolios within their designated territory.

This leadership position oversees end-to-end sales strategies and high-impact marketing initiatives designed to capture shifting market demands. Key responsibilities include aggressively expanding broker and agent networks, identifying new business opportunities, boosting brand visibility, and consistently meeting sales targets and operational metrics based on approved budget, business standards, and industry’s best practice.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Operations – Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse sales channels (in-house, brokers, and international networks). Responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and business development, driven by strategic salesforce acquisition, targeted activation campaigns, and structured career development programs backed by efficient sales and customer-related technology, real-time inventory control, and effective administrative support (activity planning, budgeting, & P&L management).
  2. Marketing Support - Responsible for developing seller lead-generation platforms, managing high-impact closing events, and designing customer loyalty programs. Execution will rely on a mix of brand/agency partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and paid advertising channels.
  3. Sales Network Management – Drive revenue growth by maximizing current sales channel performance and capturing new market opportunities (including international sales and homeowner engagement). This will be achieved through strategic sales drivers, continuous skill development, and targeted retention initiatives. Continuously expand network of high-valued sales partners and clientele while promoting brand trust and projects’ value proposition.
  4. Account Integrity - Monitor and optimize pre- and post-reservation account management to minimize cancellation rates. Implement targeted programs and measures to ensure the graduation of reservation sales into official booked contracts.
  5. Analytics & Business Intelligence - Monitor regional real estate trends, consumer behavior, and market indicators affecting sales and marketing performance. Utilize these insights to deploy data-driven strategies that secure target achievement and maintain operational stability.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 8 years in Premium-Luxury Real Estate, extensive management experience in sales operations and marketing support for premium vertical/high-rise developments

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related courses

Competencies / Skills:

  • Strong capability in market scanning, competitive landscape analysis, and translating industry trends into strategic insights.
  • Expert in managing in-house and broker channels, including talent acquisition, retention strategies, and relationship building.
  • Deeply knowledgeable in lead generation, sales conversion, and client retention strategies.
  • Experienced in creating sales drivers and client-centric initiatives that improve the overall buyer experience and boost sales capacity.
  • Possesses an active, high-value network of top-tier sellers and luxury buyers in the regional market.
  • Internet-savvy and proficient in technologies and tools of trade (Ai, CRM, social media platforms, real estate portals, social listening tools, etc.)
  • Adept at MS applications (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
