About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team at PICAZO BUYCO TAN FIDER & SANTOS' in Makati City Metro Manila. As a full-time Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our law firm.
What you'll be doing- Providing high-quality administrative and clerical support to legal professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
- Preparing and formatting various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court filings
- Maintaining and organising physical and electronic client files and records
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications, and directing them to the appropriate individuals
- Assisting with general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Collaborating with the legal team to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
- Experience as a Legal Secretary is an advantage/ Fresh graduates are accepted
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of legal terminology and office procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with the legal team and other departments
