About the role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' This full-time role based in Metro Manila will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our market presence within the Sales industry.
What you'll be doing- Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase market share
- Managing a team of sales professionals and providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to drive performance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Preparing sales proposals and presentations to secure new contracts
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform the sales and marketing plan
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to develop impactful campaigns and brand positioning
- Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing KPIs to measure success
- Proven track record of success in a sales and/or marketing management role within the Sales industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making
- Experience leading and motivating a team of sales professionals
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving growth
