A successful Marketing Manager - Poultry & Swine should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5-8 years' experience in marketing or product management roles
- Background in pharmaceutical, veterinary, or life sciences industries
- Experience or exposure to poultry and swine segments is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans
- Experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of budget management, KPIs, and ROI analysis
- Strong communication and influencing skills
