JOB OPENING: MARKETING MANAGER

You will oversee and lead the team through Digital Marketing , menu engineering while maintaining high standards of quality of promotions across F & B , same time managing budget to support the business's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement marketing brand awareness campaign across digital print and other channels
2. Manage budget efficiently through various projects and programs
3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Stay updated with marketing trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
5. Manage social media, email campaigns, content creation, and influencer partnerships to boost digital presence.
6. Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze consumer behavior, and track KPIs (ROI, covers) to prepare reports for management.
7. Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the F&B Director, Chefs, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and guest experiences.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in F & B , Hotel and Restaurant industry is preferred
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proven expertise in his field
5. Proficiency in computer software and Multi-media skills
