Human Resources Specialist (Based in Philippines)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  3. Support the recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  4. Process employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and leaves.
  5. Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and other HR-related activities.
  6. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and reports.
  7. Monitor employee attendance and leave balances.
  8. Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  9. Help organize employee engagement and wellness activities.

10 Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of HRBP experience in Dump Truck industries.
  2. Solid understanding of core HR functions, with proven minimum 2 years experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  3. Strong learning agility and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Preferable Manila domicile.
  5. Will be placed in Manila.
  6. Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Fluent in English is a MUST.
